One-year limited warranty

Hovent devices include one year of coverage for manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, water damage, cosmetic wear, or accidental damage.

Clean, dry, charged

Wipe device surfaces with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not submerge devices, charge only in a dry area, and store away from direct heat, moisture, and children.

How often should I use the massage devices?

Start with short sessions and moderate intensity. For most routines, 5-10 minutes per area is enough. Avoid using percussion directly on joints, bones, or irritated skin.

Can I use beauty devices with skincare?

Use GlowLift with a water-based serum or glide product where appropriate. Do not use IPL over skincare, deodorant, self-tanner, or freshly treated skin.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is usually emailed after the carrier receives the package. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

What if my product is not working?

Charge the device fully, check the manual, and contact support with your order number, a short description, and a photo or video if helpful.
