30 days from delivery
Eligible unused devices in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, and return shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates depend on destination, carrier service, seasonal volume, and customs processing. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an address needs to be changed, contact support immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered packing.
Warranty policy
One-year limited coverage
Hovent devices are covered for manufacturing defects under normal use for one year from delivery. Coverage may include repair, replacement, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage, accidental damage, cosmetic wear, lost accessories, or use outside the product instructions.
