01 / Returns & refunds

A 30-day window.

Unused devices in their original packaging may qualify for a return within 30 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back: we will check eligibility and explain the next steps. Hygiene and safety restrictions may limit returns of opened personal-care devices.

Once a returned item has arrived and been inspected, any approved refund goes to the original payment method. Shipping fees, duties and return delivery costs may not be refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

02 / Shipping

Timing depends on the journey.

The existing order-processing estimate is 1–2 business days. Transit time varies with destination, carrier capacity, seasonal demand and customs. Delivery dates and availability must be confirmed before a live order; this website currently does not accept online payments.

Give us a complete, accurate address. If it needs correcting, email promptly. A change may no longer be possible once packing has started. Duties and taxes depend on the destination and are not determined by the local checkout preview.

03 / Warranty

One year of limited cover.

Manufacturing defects arising during normal use are covered for one year after delivery. Depending on the issue, Hovent may offer repair, replacement or another reasonable remedy. Include proof of purchase and details of the fault when contacting us.

Misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, water damage, accidents, ordinary cosmetic wear, missing accessories and use contrary to the instructions are outside this coverage.

04 / Privacy

Your details have a purpose.

This site keeps your basket, selected delivery option and promotion code in your browser’s local storage. Contact and tracking forms open an email draft in your own email app; they do not submit information to a website server. Checkout form entries are not saved or sent by this site.

If you choose to email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request, assist with orders and support, and address fraud concerns. Any marketing must be permitted, and you may opt out. Hovent does not intentionally sell personal information as a business model. For questions about your information, email contact@hovent.net.

Online payment processing is not active. Do not send payment-card details in a contact message.

Prices, availability, offers and specifications can change. Product pages provide general shopping information. The basket and checkout are a local estimate only: no online payment is collected and the preview does not create an order.

Start with the instructions.

Massage & compression

Avoid injured, swollen, numb or irritated areas. Do not apply percussion directly to bones, joints, the front of the neck or sensitive tissue. Stop if pain or unusual discomfort occurs.

Beauty & light care

Respect the product’s timing and intensity limits. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Seek qualified guidance if you have a skin condition or have recently had a cosmetic procedure.

IPL

Check skin-tone and hair-colour compatibility. Do not use over tattoos, dark spots, sunburn or irritated skin, or near the eyes. Use protective eyewear where the instructions require it.

Speak with a qualified professional first if you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device or circulatory concerns, use photosensitising medication, or have a condition that could be affected by heat, vibration, light or compression.
